The Illinois Emergency Nurses Association is pleased to invite you to exhibit at our 2023 Spring Symposium! This full two-day conference features plenty of exclusive time interacting directly with event attendees, giving you face-to-face access to industry professionals.
Join us in the expansive Exhibit Hall during our general sessions on Thursday and Friday at the Memorial Learning Center in Springfield, Illinois and reach this growing audience of nursing professionals who are the front line of evaluation and recommendation of emergency products and services.
Exhibitors and sponsors are invited to register for our Welcome Party Thursday evening, April 20, 2023 starting at 5:30 PM and network with attendees. The IL ENA welcomes donations to our auction to benefit the ENA Scholarship Foundation, as well as sponsorship of this event.

Exhibitor opportunities include one 6-foot skirted table, breakfast and lunch for 2 exhibitors, and conference app. Exhibitors with exhibits that extend beyond the allotted 6-foot table or space must purchase an additional table/space. Exhibitors needing electrical hookup must purchase this option in advance. Potential NFP exhibitors must submit proof of 501(c)3 status or equivalent.
We are pleased to offer the following sponsorship opportunities at the 47th Annual Spring Symposium 2023. In addition to exhibiting during the General Sessions both days, enhanced recognition is available by becoming a sponsor. The following opportunities are available for sponsorship support.
PLATINUM (Sponsorship greater than $1,500)
Platinum sponsors benefit from maximum recognition. Includes large logo in exhibitor guide, verbal sponsor name and large logo recognition prior to each session, and large logo prominently displayed on signage throughout the Symposium. Includes conference app banner ad.
GOLD (Sponsorship $1,000 - $1,500)
Allows exhibitors to heighten their visibility and acknowledge additional contribution to the Spring Symposium as a sponsor. This sponsorship level includes company name in the attendee brochure and exhibitor guide as well as a conference app banner ad.
SILVER (Sponsorship $500 - $999)
Silver sponsors benefit from additional recognition. Includes sponsor name in exhibitor guide, name and verbal recognition prior to each session, and name prominently displayed on signage throughout the Symposium.
BRONZE (Sponsorship $250 - $499)
Bronze sponsors are acknowledged for sponsorship support. Includes sponsor name in exhibitor guide.
SUPPORTER (Sponsorship $100)
Supporter level sponsors receive a banner ad in the conference app with a direct link to their website.
